This Week's Interesting DVD Releases - July 9, 2013
The Criterion Collection releases an extended edition of Kenji Mizoguchi's The Life of Oharu.
Two documentaries look especially interesting. The Gatekeepers is a documentary that interviews six former heads of the Israeli Secret Service. Trek Nation follows Rod Roddenberry (son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry) as he crosses the country examining his father's legacy.
The sketch comedy Portlandia: Season 3 is also in stores tomorrow.
