This Week's Interesting DVD Releases - February 8th, 2011

The Criterion Collection releases two films this week, Japanese director Hirokazu Kore-eda's Still Walking and a Blu-ray edition of Fellini's Amarcord.

Of the rest of the theatrical releases, I can most recommend Elia Kazan's America America. The film adaptation of Ned Vizzini's novel It's Kind of a Funny Story is also in stores tomorrow.

The final season of The Guardian, the innovative television law drama is out this week.

Among the week's Blu-ray releases are a twentieth anniversary edition of Thelma & Louise, Legends of the Fall, and the Pamela Sue Anderson cult classic Barb Wire.

What new releases are you picking up or adding to your Netflix queue this week?
