This Week's Interesting DVD Releases - March 13th, 2012
Steven Spielberg's The Adventures of Tintin and The Descendants are in stores tomorrow, but the theatrical release I am most looking forward to is Lars von Trier's Melancholia, which stars Kirsten Dunst and Charlotte Gainsbourg.
The Criterion Collection releases a Blu-ray edition of Martin Scorsese's The Last Temptation of Christ.
Two films by legendary animator Ralph Bakshi are available on DVD this week, Coonskin and a 35th anniversary Blu-ray edition of Wizards.
Fresh is a documentary that examines the good food movement and Bag It explores the ecological effects of disposable plastic shopping bags.
Four Doctor Who releases are the week's television highlights. The Face of Evil, The Robots of Death, The Three Doctors, and The Tomb of the Cybermen (Special Edition).
