This Week's Interesting Music Releases - June 5th, 2012
Patti Smith's first album of original music in eight years, Banga, is the week's new music highlight.
Neil Young reunites with Crazy Horse for his latest album, Americana
Japandroids' Celebration Rock may be the rock album of the year for me. I can also strongly recommend Kelly Hogan's I Like To Keep Myself In Pain, Liars' WIXIW, and The Mynabirds' Generals.
Rodney Crowell's Kin features songs co-written by the legendary singer-songwriter and author Mary Karr.
Reissues include a remastered vinyl edition ofDavid Bowie's Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust (which comes with a CD) and a 25th anniversary edition of Paul Simon's Graceland (with bonus content).
