This Week's Interesting Music Releases - July 2, 2012
The Grateful Dead Movie collects high points from three 1974 concerts by the band in a concert film directed by Jerry Garcia. For more live music by the band check out Dick's Picks Vol. 30 Academy of Music, New York City, NY, 3/25 and 3/28/72.
Belle and Sebastian's Stevie Jackson releases (I Can't Get No) tomorrow. That disc and Parlovr's Kook Soul are the two new albums I highly recommend.
A picturedisc vinyl reissue of Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart single is the reissue highlight.
