This Week's Interesting Music Releases - May 27, 2014

Sharon Van Etten

Sharon Van Etten's Are We There is by far my favorite new music this week.

Babes' self-titled EP, Ben Frost's A U R O R A, and Owen Pallett's soundtrack for the film In Conflict are other new releases I can recommend.

Neil Young's new album A Letter Home is also in stores today.

Reissues include three vinyl editions of Depeche Mode albums (Exciter, Playing The Angel, Speak and Spell) and a remastered LP edition of Oasis' classic Definitely Maybe.

What new releases are you picking up this week? What can you recommend? Have I left anything noteworthy off the list?
