This Week's Interesting Music Releases - September 8, 2017
The National's Sleep Well Beast is the week's most anticipated release.
Alvvay' Antisocialites, Beaches' Second Of Spring, Deerhoof's Mountain Moves, Jolie Holland and Samantha Parton's Wildflower Blues, and Neil Young's long-lost live album Hitchhiker are also highly recommended.
Tori Amos's Native Invader is also out today.
Interesting live recordings include a 1979 David Bowie performance and a collection of John Prine broadcasts.
Reissues include vinyl editions of Animal Collective's Sung Tongs and Mazzy Star's So Tonight That I Might See.
